Ben jij een allround IT-professional die graag technische problemen oplost en collega's ondersteunt? Als System & Support Engineer speel je een belangrijke rol binnen een moderne productieomgeving waar variatie, verantwoordelijkheid en continue verbetering centraal staan.

Jouw taken?

  • Verlenen van eerstelijns- en tweedelijnsondersteuning aan gebruikers bij IT-vragen, incidenten en technische uitdagingen;
  • Beheren van gebruikersaccounts, pc's, mobiele toestellen en andere IT-assets;
  • Uitvoeren van interventies op de werkvloer en analyseren van technische storingen om snel tot een oplossing te komen;
  • Ondersteunen van uiteenlopende IT-projecten en implementatietrajecten;
  • Actief bijdragen aan het beheer, onderhoud en de verdere optimalisatie van de IT-infrastructuur;
  • Prioriteiten stellen binnen verschillende supportaanvragen en zorgen voor een vlotte opvolging;
  • Samenwerken met collega's om de digitale werking van de organisatie verder te versterken;
  • Meebouwen aan een stabiele, efficiënte en toekomstgerichte IT-omgeving.

Naast support krijg je de kans om mee te denken over verbeteringen en innovatieve oplossingen. Geen enkele werkdag is dezelfde, waardoor je jouw technische kennis voortdurend verder ontwikkelt en uitbreidt.

Wat maakt jou de ideale kandidaat? Je bent iemand die energie haalt uit het ondersteunen van gebruikers en het oplossen van technische vraagstukken. Dankzij jouw leergierigheid en hands-on mentaliteit voel je je thuis in een dynamische IT-omgeving waar initiatief nemen wordt gewaardeerd.

  • Beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma binnen een IT-gerelateerde richting of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • Goede kennis van Microsoft 365;
  • Interesse in technologieën zoals Active Directory, Entra ID, Azure, SharePoint, AI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, netwerken en moderne netwerkoplossingen;
  • Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands aangevuld met een basiskennis Frans;
  • Klantgerichte en servicegerichte instelling met aandacht voor de noden van gebruikers;
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele aanpak;
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en verantwoordelijkheid durven opnemen;
  • Stressbestendig, georganiseerd en in staat om de juiste prioriteiten te bepalen.
