Systemisch werker kinderen en gezinnen Locatie in overleg | 24 tot 40 uur per week | loondienst | cao Jeugdzorg Als systemisch werker kijk je naar de relaties en patronen binnen een gezin. Samen met kinderen, ouders en betrokken professionals onderzoek je wat helpt bij communicatie, opvoeding en contact. Je helpt gezinnen patronen te herkennen en andere afspraken te maken. Je biedt begeleiding; voor specialistische diagnostiek of systeemtherapie schakelen we gekwalificeerde behandelaren in. Wat ga je doen? Je werkt met ouders, kinderen en hun netwerk aan praktische veranderingen. - Je voert gesprekken met gezinsleden, samen of afzonderlijk als dat beter past. - Je brengt rollen, interactiepatronen en loyaliteitsvragen in kaart zonder één persoon tot het probleem te maken. - Je maakt met het gezin haalbare afspraken over communicatie, contact en opvoeding. - Je signaleert onveiligheid en overlegt met casemanagers en andere jeugdprofessionals over vervolgstappen. - Je schrijft helder op wat je ziet, bespreekt en met het gezin afspreekt. Wat heb je nodig? Je neemt verschillende perspectieven serieus en houdt oog voor het kind. - Een relevante hbo-opleiding, bijvoorbeeld Social Work of Pedagogiek. - Aanvullende scholing in systemisch werken of aantoonbare ervaring met systeemgerichte gezinsbegeleiding. - Je kunt grenzen stellen, zorgvuldig rapporteren en samenwerken met andere professionals. - SKJ-registratie als de toegewezen werkzaamheden daarom vragen. - Een rijbewijs en een auto. Ervaring met complexe scheidingen is een voordeel. Wat bieden wij? Je werkt samen met collega's aan passende gezinsbegeleiding. - Een arbeidsovereenkomst voor 24 tot 40 uur per week. aXiehuis bevestigt de definitieve schaal en standplaats later. - Ter oriëntatie, cao Jeugdzorg bij 36 uur (per 1 januari 2026): schaal 8 € 3.055,29 tot € 4.537,08 en schaal 9 € 3.309,79 tot € 4.943,34 bruto per maand.
