Voor het R&D-team van onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een Systems & Data Officer die ervoor zorgt dat gegevens correct en up-to-date zijn en die helpt om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je de schakel tussen administratie, data, Excel en ERP-systemen en zorg je ervoor dat deze processen vlot op elkaar aansluiten.

Ben je analytisch sterk, werk je graag met cijfers en data en krijg je energie van structuur aanbrengen in administratieve processen? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Invoeren, controleren en up-to-date houden van gegevens in ERP-systemen;
  • Werken met draaitabellen, formules en datasets om informatie overzichtelijk en bruikbaar te maken;
  • Opvolgen en consolideren van teamdeliverables en bewaken van deadlines en voortgang;
  • Ondersteunen van operationele taken binnen het R&D-team;
  • Verwerken en structureren van product- en artikelgegevens;
  • Ondersteunen van workflow- en procesoptimalisaties;
  • Koppelen en omzetten van productinformatie naar interne systemen;
  • Opzetten, verbeteren en onderhouden van administratieve processen en systemen;
  • Communiceren over data en processen met collega's en internationale contacten.

Om de functie van Systems & Data Officer succesvol uit te oefenen, herken je jezelf in onderstaande competenties en vaardigheden:

  • Bij voorkeur een eerste werkervaring, maar gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen eveneens in aanmerking;
  • Je haalt energie uit administratief en gestructureerd werk;
  • Werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail;
  • Beschikt over sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden;
  • Je denkt kritisch mee en stelt bestaande processen en werkwijzen in vraag om verbeteringen voor te stellen;
  • Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van Excel;
  • Spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Engels;
  • Je bent analytisch ingesteld en werkt graag met data, systemen en processen.
