The posting

Voor ons R&D team zoeken we een Systems & Data Officer die ervoor zorgt dat onze gegevens correct en up-to-date zijn en die helpt om processen slimmer en efficiënter in te richten.

Jouw taken & verantwoordelijkheden:·

  • Het invoeren, controleren en up-to-date houden van gegevens in onze ERP-systemen.
  • Werken met draaitabellen, formules en datasets om informatie inzichtelijk te maken.
  • Het opvolgen consolideren van teamdeliverables
  • Het ondersteunen van operationele taken binnen het R&D-team en bijdragen aan een vlotte en efficiënte dagelijkse werking.
  • Verwerken en structureren van product- en artikelgegevens.
  • Het opzetten, verbeteren of onderhouden van administratieve processen en systemen.
  • Communiceren over data en processen met collega’s en internationale contacten, waaronder collega’s in het Verre Oosten.

Profiel

We zoeken iemand met een sterk analytisch vermogen en gevoel voor structuur. Je hoeft geen jarenlang ervaring te hebben; belangrijker is dat je snel leert en graag met data en systemen werkt.

  • Bij voorkeur aantal jaren werkervaring, maar ook schoolverlaters komen in aanmerking
  • Je houdt van administratief werk
  • Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail in het uitvoeren van taken
  • Goede communicatieve & organisatorische vaardigheden
  • Het vermogen om bestaande processen & procedures in vraag te stellen en te verbeteren
  • Zeer goede kennis van Excel
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, zodat je vlot kunt communiceren met onze collega’s in het verre Oosten
