Deine Aufgaben

- 2nd und 3rd Level Remote Support komplexer IT Lösungen (Schwerpunkt Cisco Routing & Switching, WLAN )

- Troubleshooting und operativer Betrieb

- Betreuung unserer Kunden bei komplexen Problemstellungen

- Durchführung von Konfigurations- und Designänderungen

- Eskalationsmanagement gegenüber Herstellern und Kunden

Dein Profil

- Erfahrung mit Routing-, Switching- sowie Wireless-Technologien (Cisco, Meraki, o.ä.)

- Erfahrung mit ACI wünschenswert

- CCNP Zertifizierung oder gleichwertiges Know-how

- Gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

- Hohe Kommunikationsbereitschaft im Team und mit Kunden

- Verlässlichkeit, Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft

- Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
