Voor ons Customer Service Team zoeken wij een technisch onderlegde specialist die klanten begeleidt bij technisch complexe maatwerkoplossingen.

Als Technical Customer Advisor ben je het inhoudelijke aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, voornamelijk in Duitstalige markten. Je analyseert technische vragen, interpreteert plannen en vertaalt deze naar correct uitgewerkte offertes en orders.

Deze rol gaat verder dan klassieke customer service: je combineert technische analyse, klantgericht advies en een nauwgezette administratieve opvolging binnen een maatwerkcontext.

Je impact is rechtstreeks zichtbaar in de technische correctheid van onze oplossingen en de kwaliteit van de klantrelatie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Technisch advies en analyse

  • Adviseren van klanten over technische toepassingen van automatische zwembadafdekkingen
  • Interpreteren van plannen, afmetingen en technische specificaties
  • Analyseren van klantvragen en vertalen naar haalbare, technisch correcte oplossingen
  • Beantwoorden van technische vraagstukken in functie van concrete bestellingen

Offertes, orders en dossieropvolging

  • Opmaken en opvolgen van technisch onderbouwde offertes
  • Verwerken van orders en technische gegevens in ERP
  • Beheren en nauwkeurig opvolgen van klantendossiers van aanvraag tot uitvoering
  • Fungeren als inhoudelijke schakel tussen klant, sales en interne afdelingen

Technische verdieping en projecten

Na een grondige inwerkperiode breid je je rol verder uit met:

  • Uitwerken van technische berekeningen en tekeningen (AutoCAD) voor niet-standaard toepassingen
  • Ontwikkelen van maatwerkoplossingen binnen complexe klantdossiers
  • Bijdragen aan productoptimalisaties
  • Technische afstemming met productie en engineering

Wij een technisch onderbouwde adviseur die klantvragen inhoudelijk analyseert en vertaalt naar doordachte oplossingen.

Je combineert technisch inzicht met een gestructureerde manier van werken en voelt je comfortabel in een rol waar klantcontact, analyse en opvolging samenkomen.

Jouw achtergrond en competenties

  • Graduaat of bachelor, bij voorkeur in een technische of technisch-commerciële richting
  • Sterk technisch inzicht (mechanisch denken, plannen en tekeningen kunnen interpreteren)
  • Interesse in maatwerk en technisch meer complexe producten
  • Nauwkeurig en gestructureerd in administratie en dossieropvolging
  • Communicatief vaardig en in staat om technische informatie helder over te brengen
  • In staat om zelfstandig te werken, met voldoende afstemming binnen het team

Talenkennis

  • Duits: goed niveau of bereidheid om dit actief te ontwikkelen
  • Engels: goed
  • Frans: een plus

Aanvullende troeven

  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur Business Central / Navision)
  • Basiskennis van AutoCAD of bereidheid om dit aan te leren
  • Affiniteit met een productieomgeving of projectmatige werking
