Obrim vacants per Tècnic/a d'Orientació Laboral a Tarragona. Per participar en el procés de selecció els/les candidats/es, hauran de disposar de: - Titulació universitària: Psicologia, Pedagogia, Psicopedagogia. - Català i castellà: parlat i escrit correctament. - Valorable experiència en les tasques descrites d'orientació laboral i amb col.lectiu en risc d'exclusió social. - Disponibilitat per incorporació Immediata Competències transversals: - Gestió emocional - Comunicació - Planificació i organització - Relació interpersonal - Flexibilitat - Disposició i capacitat per a l’aprenentatge - Saber gestionar documentació relacionada amb l’atenció i l’activitat d’un programa o servei (fitxes de l’alumne, llistes d’assistència, etc.) - Conèixer el funcionament i característiques del mercat laboral actual així com els sectors d’activitat i les diferents ocupacions existents - Domini del model d’ocupabilitat per competències en els diferents àmbits d’aplicació - Conèixer les especificitats en l’atenció a col·lectius en situació de vulnerabilitat - Saber elaborar i actualitzar temaris didàctics perquè el/les usuaris/es disposin de mòduls teòrics i pràctics: elaboració de CV, carta de presentació, processos de selecció, la recerca de feina, etc.) - Coneixements sobre perspectiva de gènere i/o violència masclista - Conèixer les tècniques de dinamització de grups, realització de dinàmiques grupals, simulacions i role-playing Condicions laborals: - Lloc de treball: Tarragona - Contracte FIX DISCONTINUU. - Incorporació: Desembre 2023 - Jornada: 38,5 hores - Retribució: Segons Coveni Acció Social Requisitos:Experiencia 1 años.
