Nuestro cliente busca Técnicos/as de Mantenimiento Junior / Electromecánicos/as con formación técnica y motivación para desarrollar sus habilidades mediante un completo programa de formación en el puesto de trabajo.

Ubicación 3900 Pelt (alojamiento disponible)

Sin un mantenimiento fiable, ¡no hay calidad! Como Técnico/a de Mantenimiento, ayudarás a garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de la producción realizando mantenimiento preventivo, detectando problemas técnicos y contribuyendo a la mejora continua.

Tus responsabilidades

  • Realizar inspecciones rutinarias y mantenimiento preventivo.
  • Diagnosticar averías mecánicas y eléctricas.
  • Apoyar en la reparación y mantenimiento de la maquinaria de producción.
  • Participar en análisis de riesgos y proyectos de mejora continua.
  • Trabajar con equipos de producción modernos y de alta calidad.
  • Colaborar con técnicos experimentados y socios externos mientras desarrollas tus competencias técnicas.
  • Durante tu primer año, recibirás una amplia formación práctica en el puesto de trabajo y adquirirás progresivamente mayor autonomía en tus funciones.

Buscamos principalmente candidatos/as junior que:

  • Tengan formación técnica en Electromecánica o en un campo técnico relacionado (Grado, Técnico Superior, Formación Profesional o equivalente).
  • Posean conocimientos básicos de mecatrónica, incluyendo fundamentos de:
  • Sistemas PLC
  • Sensores
  • Actuadores
  • Electricidad
  • Mecánica
  • Neumática
  • Estén motivados para aprender y desarrollarse mediante formación práctica.
  • Tengan una actitud proactiva y disfruten resolviendo problemas técnicos.
  • Trabajen con precisión y presten atención a la seguridad.
  • Disfruten del trabajo en equipo y tengan buenas habilidades de comunicación.
  • Tengan un conocimiento básico o comunicativo de neerlandés o inglés.

Horario de trabajo

  • Durante aproximadamente el primer año, trabajarás en un sistema de dos turnos (turno de mañana y turno de tarde) mientras completas tu formación.
  • Una vez finalizado el periodo de formación, deberás estar disponible para trabajar en turno de noche como parte del horario habitual de producción.
  • También deberás estar dispuesto/a a participar en el sistema de guardias.
