Empresa del sector de la Alimentación necesita cubrir un puesto de TÉCNICO/A DE RECURSOS HUMANOS, DESARROLLO Y ORGANIZACIÓN FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO: - Desarrollo, organización, talento y mejora de procesos. - Participar en la construcción y evolución de un área de Recursos humanos cada vez más estratégica .

REQUISITOS PARA EL DESEMPEÑO DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO: - Grado en Relaciones Laborales, Ciencias del Trabajo, Graduado Social o de otras titulaciones como ADE, Derecho, Psicología con especialización en Recursos Humanos. - Poseer conocimientos en Plan anual de formación, DPT, Organigrama, Evaluación del desempeño, Planes de carrera, promoción Interna y Planes de sucesión de talento, retención y análisis de rotación. Política retributiva, Plan de Igualdad,etc. - Excel Avanzado, valorable Power BI. - Permiso de conducir B. - Tener Experiencia mínima de 3 años. - Estar inscrito/a en una oficina de empleo.

CONDICIONES DEL PUESTO DE TRABAJO: - Contrato laboral Indefinido. - Jornada Completa. - Horario de trabajo de lunes a jueves de 09:00 a 14:00 h y de 15:00 a 19:00 h Viernes de 09:00 a 14:00 h. - Puesto de trabajo: Bullas. - Retribución: 23.000euros brutos anuales.
