The posting

Somos una empresa referente en el sector de la producción y comercialización de productos de alimentación en San Pedro del Pinatar (Murcia), comprometida con la calidad, la seguridad alimentaria y la mejora continua de nuestros procesos.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a de Calidad y Seguridad Alimentaria para reforzar nuestro departamento de Calidad.

Funciones principales

  • Mantenimiento y mejora del sistema de gestión de calidad y seguridad alimentaria.
  • Gestión y seguimiento de certificaciones IFS Food y otros estándares de calidad.
  • Preparación, coordinación y realización de auditorías internas y externas.
  • Gestión documental del sistema de calidad.
  • Supervisión de APPCC, trazabilidad, control de proveedores y gestión de incidencias.
  • Coordinación de acciones correctivas y preventivas.
  • Formación y sensibilización del personal en materia de calidad e higiene alimentaria.
  • Control del cumplimiento de la normativa vigente en seguridad alimentaria.
  • Elaboración de informes, indicadores y análisis de mejora continua.

Requisitos

  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Agroalimentaria, Biología, Química, Farmacia o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en departamentos de calidad y seguridad alimentaria.
  • Experiencia demostrable en auditorías IFS Food.
  • Conocimientos de APPCC, normativa alimentaria y sistemas de gestión de calidad y Medioambiente.
  • Nivel medio-alto de herramientas ofimáticas.
  • Capacidad de organización, trabajo en equipo y orientación al detalle.
  • Valorable nivel de inglés.
