The posting

Asesoría de empresas selecciona un/a Técnico/a Laboral y Contable para incorporarse a su equipo profesional. La persona seleccionada se responsabilizará de la gestión integral de una cartera de clientes (pymes y autónomos), prestando asesoramiento en materia laboral y contable, garantizando el cumplimiento de las obligaciones legales y fiscales.

Funciones principales

Área laboral:

  • Asesoramiento laboral continuo a clientes sobre normativa vigente y gestión de personal.
  • Elaboración y gestión de contratos de trabajo.
  • Tramitación de altas, bajas y variaciones en Seguridad Social.
  • Gestión de nóminas y seguros sociales.
  • Manejo del sistema RED y otras plataformas laborales.
  • Tramitación de bajas médicas, incidencias laborales y comunicaciones con organismos oficiales.

Área contable y fiscal:

  • Gestión del ciclo contable completo: registro de facturas, asientos contables, conciliaciones bancarias y cierres periódicos.
  • Elaboración y revisión de contabilidad de empresas y autónomos.

Requisitos

  • Formación en Administración y Finanzas, ADE, Relaciones Laborales, Economía o similar.
  • Experiencia previa en asesoría (valorable mínimo 1-3 años).
  • Conocimientos en contabilidad general y normativa laboral.
  • Manejo de herramientas como Sistema RED, software de nóminas y programas contables (CAI).
  • Capacidad organizativa, autonomía y orientación al cliente.

Jornada laboral

  • Jornada completa de lunes a jueves de 08:30h a 16:30h y viernes de 09:00h a 15:00h.
