empresa en expansión dentro del sector vending, buscamos un Técnico Vending Oficial de Primera con perfil de liderazgo, para ocupar el puesto de Jefe de Taller. Requisitos indispensables: Experiencia demostrable en reparación y mantenimiento de máquinas expendedoras (bebidas, snacks, café, agua...). Conocimientos sólidos en electrónica, mecánica y programación de máquinas vending. Capacidad organizativa para gestionar el día a día del taller. Experiencia coordinando equipos y habilidades de liderazgo (don de mando, toma de decisiones, resolución de conflictos). Acostumbrado a trabajar con autonomía, responsabilidad y visión de mejora continua. Gestión de pedidos, stock de recambios y relaciones con proveedores técnicos. Se valorará: Experiencia previa como jefe de equipo o responsable de mantenimiento. Conocimiento de múltiples marcas y modelos de máquinas. Carnet de conducir B. Ofrecemos: Contrato estable en empresa en crecimiento. Buen ambiente de trabajo y posibilidad real de crecimiento profesional. Salario competitivo según experiencia y valía.
