REVISIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO DE EXTINTORES, BIE, GRUPOS DE PRESIÓN, ABASTECIMIENTO DE AGUA Y SISTEMAS DE DETECCIÓN Y ALARMA. COMPROBACIÓN, DIAGNÓSTICO Y REPARACIÓN DE AVERÍAS E INCIDENCIAS. REALIZACIÓN DE PRUEBAS DE FUNCIONAMIENTO Y PUESTA EN SERVICIO DE EQUIPOS. SUSTITUCIÓN Y REPARACIÓN DE COMPONENTES DE LAS INSTALACIONES. CUMPLIMENTACIÓN DE PARTES DE TRABAJO, REGISTROS Y DOCUMENTACIÓN ASOCIADA A LOS MANTENIMIENTOS. IDENTIFICACIÓN Y COMUNICACIÓN DE DEFICIENCIAS DETECTADAS EN LAS INSTALACIONES.
