Als Product Developer / Design Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verdere ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van het bestaande productgamma. Je begeleidt productwijzigingen van idee tot implementatie en zorgt ervoor dat elke oplossing technisch doordacht, kwalitatief en produceerbaar is. Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Product Developer regio Menen?

  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van technische productaanpassingen, optimalisaties en verbeterprojecten van concept tot implementatie
  • Ontwerpen en aanpassen van 3D-modellen, technische tekeningen en productdocumentatie met oog voor kwaliteit en produceerbaarheid
  • Samenwerken met engineering, aankoop, kwaliteit, productie en productmanagement om technische oplossingen succesvol te realiseren
  • Ondersteunen van prototypebouw, testen en validaties en verbeteringen verwerken op basis van de resultaten
  • Overleggen met leveranciers over technische wijzigingen en de haalbaarheid van nieuwe componenten of productaanpassingen
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verdere optimalisatie van producten, ontwikkelingsprocessen en technische standaarden

Binnen het engineeringteam krijg je de kans om mee te bouwen aan producten die wereldwijd worden gebruikt. Je werkt in een moderne, internationale omgeving waar kennisdeling, samenwerking en initiatief sterk worden aangemoedigd. Dankzij de vlakke organisatiestructuur krijg je veel autonomie en heb je een directe impact op de verdere ontwikkeling van het productgamma. Wie ben jij als Product Developer regio Menen?

  • Bachelor of Master Elektromechanica, Mechanica, Productontwikkeling of een gelijkaardige technische richting
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen productontwikkeling of mechanisch ontwerp is een mooie troef
  • Ervaring met een 3D CAD-pakket zoals SolidWorks of een vergelijkbaar ontwerpprogramma
  • Sterk technisch inzicht met aandacht voor kwaliteit, detail en maakbaarheid
  • Gestructureerde en analytische manier van werken, gecombineerd met een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels
