Je gaat aan de slag binnen een internationale organisatie waar inkoop direct invloed heeft op de technische operatie. Leveranciersprestaties raken productie en planning, en jij zorgt voor grip en continue verbetering. De omgeving is continu in beweging, daar krijg jij juist energie van! Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn: - Optimaliseren van contracten en realiseren van structurele kostenverbeteringen; - Analyseren en selecteren van partijen die passen bij kwaliteit en schaal; - Voeren van onderhandelingen over leveringsvoorwaarden en servicelevels; - Beheren en aanscherpen van bestaande leveranciersafspraken; - Toetsen van leveranciers op prestaties, kwaliteit en naleving van standaarden; - Coördineren van aanbestedingen en uitbestedingstrajecten; - Afstemmen met technische teams en operations over behoeften en knelpunten; - Signaleren van risico's en verbeterkansen binnen de supply chain en hier actief op sturen. Wat neem je mee als Tactisch Inkoper? - Hbo-diploma, bij voorkeur technisch of bedrijfskundig; - Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring binnen inkoop in een technische of industriële omgeving; - Ervaring met contractmanagement, leveranciersmanagement en onderhandelingen; - Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels; - Sterk in het bewaken van belangen en schakelen tussen verschillende stakeholders; - In staat om data en marktinformatie om te zetten in concrete acties; - Comfortabel in een omgeving waar tempo hoog ligt en belangen soms botsen; - Je ziet waar het beter kan en zorgt dat verbeteringen ook daadwerkeli...
