Je nieuwe baan Een eigen inkoopportfolio. Ruimte om te onderhandelen. En tijd om structureel te verbeteren. Als Tactisch Inkoper bij Moonen Packaging in Weert ligt zo’n 70 tot 80% van je focus op tactische inkoop. Je werkt aan leveranciersselectie, contractafspraken en categorieplannen die bijdragen aan marge, leverzekerheid en verduurzaming. Je beheert een portfolio met industriële verpakkingsmaterialen, zoals golfkarton, folies, tape, papier en opvulmaterialen. Je volgt grondstofprijzen, kent je leveranciers en weet waar kansen en risico’s liggen. Daarbij kijk je naar de totale kosten: ook transport, kwaliteit en uitval tellen mee. - Je stelt categorieplannen op en vertaalt marktontwikkelingen naar concrete inkoopacties. - Je voert tenders uit en onderhandelt over prijzen, voorwaarden en leverafspraken. - Je beheert contracten, beoordeelt leveranciersprestaties en bouwt aan duurzame relaties. - Je pakt structurele leverings- en kwaliteitsproblemen aan, samen met Sales, Supply Chain en Kwaliteit. - Je onderzoekt alternatieve materialen en leveranciers om je portfolio rendabeler en duurzamer te maken. Bestellingen, afroepen en factuurverschillen liggen grotendeels bij je operationele collega’s. Jij schakelt in bij grote escalaties. Binnen de afgesproken budgetten en duurzaamheidsdoelen voer je, in overleg met de strategische inkoper, onderhandelingen en sluit je contracten. Over het bedrijf Moonen Packaging helpt klanten in industrie, food en retail met verpakkingen, verpakkingsmaterialen en bijbehorende logistieke oplossingen. Vanuit Weert werkt het bedrijf aan een praktische vraag: hoe bescherm en vervoer je producten met minder materiaal, minder impact en beheersbare kosten? Moonen is van oorsprong een familiebedrijf en inmiddels onderdeel van OptiGroup. De lijnen zijn kort en de cultuur is open en laagdrempelig. Je komt terecht in een inkoopteam van circa tien collega’s, met operationele en strategische inkopers en een inkoopmanager. Als B Corp neemt Moonen d.
