Je ontwikkelt, implementeert en voert tactische inkoopstrategieën uit en houdt het hele proces draaiende: van behoeftestelling, leveranciersselectie en offertes tot contractering en leveranciersbeheer. Zo help je de organisatie optimaal profiteren van gunstige voorwaarden en betrouwbare toeleveringsketens. Wat ga je doen? Vanuit Den Bosch vertaal jij strategische plannen naar concrete inkoopprogramma's en zorg je dat deze soepel verlopen, met oog voor behoefte van collega's, risico's, kwaliteit en kosten. Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders, projectteams, strategisch inkopers en leveranciers en bent degene die overzicht behoudt en processen vooruit helpt. Bij Van Gelder kun je echt impact maken: je helpt processen te verbeteren, creëert waarde en realiseert duidelijke afspraken met leveranciers. Tegelijkertijd bevindt de inkooporganisatie zich nog volop in de opbouwfase. Dat betekent dat jij als Tactisch Inkoper direct invloed hebt op hoe we onze inkoop verder vormgeven. Er is volop ruimte om mee te denken en bij te dragen aan de verdere professionalisering van de organisatie, terwijl je jezelf ook blijft ontwikkelen.
