Als Tactisch Inkoper bij Nice to Meat combineer je commercieel inzicht met een scherp oog voor kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid en rendement. Horecaslagerij Nice to Meat is een landelijk opererende slagerij, wij leveren aan de horeca, van bistro tot aan Michelin sterrenrestaurants en hotels. Nice to Meat onderscheidt zich door hoogwaardige vleesproducten voor de horeca. Als Tactisch Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verder ontwikkelen en professionaliseren van onze inkoop. Je bouwt aan sterke relaties met leveranciers, onderhandelt over prijs en voorwaarden en zorgt ervoor dat we de juiste afspraken maken over kwaliteit, leverbetrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid. Je kijkt verder dan de dagelijkse bestellingen. Je analyseert de markt, leveranciersprestaties en inkoopdata en vertaalt deze inzichten naar concrete verbeteringen. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met Sales, Productie, Logistiek en Finance. Je bent een stevige gesprekspartner die commerciële kansen ziet, afspraken bewaakt en initiatief neemt om onze inkoop steeds slimmer en efficiënter te maken. Concreet, je taken tijdens een gewone werkweek: - Je onderhoudt en ontwikkelt relaties met bestaande en nieuwe leveranciers en bent het aanspreekpunt voor prijs, kwaliteit, beschikbaarheid en leveringsvoorwaarden. - Je voert onderhandelingen over prijzen, contractvoorwaarden, volumes en betalingscondities en voert periodieke leveranciers- en jaargesprekken. - Je analyseert inkoopdata, marktontwikkelingen en leveranciersprestaties en vertaalt deze naar kansen voor kostenbesparing, efficiency en verbetering. - Je beoordeelt en selecteer...
