Tactisch Manager Klinische Farmacie en Toxicologie #### Wat ga je doen? En krijg je energie van samen bouwen aan een organisatie in ontwikkeling? Dan maken we graag kennis met je. Voor de afdeling Klinische Farmacie en Toxicologie (KFT) van Maastricht UMC zoeken we twee tactisch managers. Samen met de manager bedrijfsvoering, het medisch afdelingshoofd, tactisch apothekers en de teamleiders spelen jullie een sleutelrol in het management van KFT. **Samen verantwoordelijk, ieder een eigen portefeuille** De twee tactisch managers werken als één team en zijn samen verantwoordelijk voor de samenhang, ontwikkeling en resultaten van KFT. Jullie vullen elkaar aan, stemmen voortdurend af en kijken over de grenzen van de eigen portefeuille heen. KFT bestaat uit de volgende organisatieonderdelen: Bedrijfsbureau, Productie, Laboratorium, Logistiek en magazijn, Klinische dienstverlening, Poliklinische apotheek en Academisering \& Innovatie. Deze onderdelen worden verdeeld over de twee managementportefeuilles. Tijdens de selectie bespreken we welke portefeuille het beste aansluit bij jouw ervaring, kwaliteiten en ontwikkelambitie. Om samenwerking over portefeuilles heen te bevorderen, kan de verantwoordelijkheid van tactisch managers periodiek wisselen tussen de portefeuilles. Dit gebeurt in overleg en met aandacht voor continuïteit, ervaring en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. **Zorgoperatie \& Verbinding** In deze portefeuille ligt de nadruk op de dagelijkse operatie en de verbinding tussen de verschillende organisatieonderdelen. Je geeft leiding aan acht teamleiders en indirect aan circa 150 medewerkers. Je zorgt voor heldere kaders waarbinnen teamleiders en medewerkers verantwoordelijkheid kunnen nemen.
