Tactisch Planner Hartkatheterisatiekamers (HCK) - parttime of fulltime MBO FWG 50 Hartcatherterisatiekamers Plannen op een afdeling waar geen dag hetzelfde verloopt? Als tactisch planner binnen de Hartkatheterisatiekamers (HCK) breng jij personele capaciteit, behandelprogramma's en patiëntenzorg samen in één complexe planning. Je houdt rekening met bereikbaarheidsdiensten, acute zorg, geplande hoogcomplexe procedures én de verschillende kwalificaties binnen het team. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar vandaag of morgen, maar juist ook vooruit: welke zorgvraag komt op ons af en hebben we daarvoor de juiste capaciteit beschikbaar? Dat vraagt om overzicht, analytisch vermogen en de flexibiliteit om snel te schakelen wanneer de situatie verandert. Als derdelijns centrum behandelen we patiënten met complexe hartproblematiek die vanuit andere ziekenhuizen naar ons worden verwezen. De combinatie van acute en planbare zorg maakt jouw werk uitdagend: jouw planning heeft iedere dag direct invloed op wat er binnen de HCK mogelijk is. Als tactisch planner zorg jij ervoor dat de personele capaciteit en patiëntenzorg binnen de HCK zo goed mogelijk op elkaar aansluiten. Je vertaalt de zorgvraag naar een haalbare planning en houdt daarbij rekening met bezettingseisen, de juiste kwalificaties en de beschikbare capaciteit. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de dagelijkse planning, maar ook verder vooruit. Je signaleert toekomstige knelpunten, analyseert ontwikkelingen in zorgvraag en capaciteit en denkt mee over hoe we onze beschikbare capaciteit zo optimaal mogelijk kunnen inzetten. Tegelijkertijd weet je dat de dagelijkse praktijk op de HCK zich niet altijd laat plannen. Je houdt zicht op het verloop van de behandelprogramma's en schakelt snel wanneer de situatie verandert.
