Nederlands (NL) Tactisch Projectinkoper - Zuid-Holland - Schiedam Organisatie Bij RH Marine realiseren wij de systeemintegratie van elektrische- en automatiseringssystemen aan boord van marineschepen, onderzeeboten en superjachten. Een complex, maar fascinerend werkgebied vol innovaties. Ieder schip is maatwerk voor de klant en na de doop blijven wij verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en upgrades. Het blijft dus de hele life cycle 'ons kindje'. Voor de business unit Naval in Schiedam zijn we wegens groei op zoek naar een Tactisch Projectinkoper. Je fungeert als volwaardig projectteamlid om de innovatieve oplossingen voor onze klanten in te kopen. Functie Als Tactisch Projectinkoper vertaal je projectbehoeften naar inkoopspecificaties en zorg je voor een solide zakelijke, juridische en logistieke borging van onze belangen in inkoopspecificaties en contracten. Je vertegenwoordigt RH Marine naar (key) suppliers op een tactisch niveau en zorgt ervoor dat je een waardevol en betrouwbaar netwerk opbouwt en optimaliseert. Je bezoekt wanneer nodig klanten en leveranciers. In deze functie werk je nauw samen met je directe collega's van de procurement afdeling en ben je lid van het inkoopteam wat bestaat uit operationeel en tactisch inkopers. Door je (markt-)kennis en ervaring ben je een volwaardig gesprekspartner voor de organisatie in haar strategische ambities om verder te professionaliseren en te specialiseren. Functie-eisen Voor de functie van tactisch inkoper zoeken we een communicatief vaardig persoon met een goed inlevingsvermogen. Je bent commercieel sterk en een echte teamspeler en beschikt over uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden. Je kent en neemt je verantwoordelijkheid en hebt overtuigingskracht. Jij volgt de ontwikkelingen in de markt en hebt affiniteit met de technologische uitdagingen die voor de ons liggen zoals: verregaande Automatisering (ook IT en Cyber security) en Power / Hybrid opwekking en voortstuwing....
