Voor de selectie hanteren wij een aantal beoordelingscriteria. Dit zijn een aantal opdrachtspecifieke criteria en een aantal standaardvoorwaarden waar jouw aanbieding aan moet voldoen. Dit zijn: 1. Je maakt gebruik van een voorblad bij je aanbieding. Het voorblad vind je op onze marktplaats. 3. Ben je een bemiddelingsbureau? Dan is jouw bemiddelingsfee maximaal €6,- per uur. Dit ga je doen Je ondersteunt hands on, ontwikkelt en brengt samen met het WFM (work force management) team de volledige WFM-cyclus verder op orde zodat er een gedeeld beeld en proactieve besturing is op o.a. workload, capaciteit, bereikbaarheid, servicelevels en kosten. Je helpt het team met passende werkwijzen, (specificaties voor) tooling en dashboards en bijbehorend gedrag. Je draagt je kennis actief over, zodat de verbetering duurzaam wordt geborgd. Je ondersteunt en ontzorgt de manager WFM die zelf verantwoordelijk blijft voor de resultaten en ontwikkeling van het team. Je hebt brede en aantoonbare ervaring met tactisch workforce management in een complexe klantcontactomgeving. Je overziet de gehele WFM-cyclus en kunt direct zelfstandig bijdragen aan forecasting, capaciteitsplanning, roostering en trafficmanagement. Je bent sterk in het doorrekenen van scenario's en vertaalt data naar concrete keuzes en acties.
