Votre mission ?

En tant qu'Assistant.e `Restaurant Manager' / Shift Leader, vous serez en charge du bon fonctionnement du restaurant et de tous les aspects opérationnels, notamment :

  • Gérer la production (disponibilité de tous les éléments de la carte, avec un minimum de perte).
  • Passer les commandes et gérer le stock.
  • Former, gérer, diriger, motiver et évaluer les collaborateurs (y compris le recrutement des étudiants) : répartition des tâches, supervision des occupations d'une équipe de collaborateurs en salle et en cuisine (2 commis, 10 étudiants).
  • Accueillir et servir les clients pendant le service du midi et/ou du soir et leur offrir une superbe expérience.
  • Gérer les plateformes de livraison (UberEats, Deliveroo, notre propre `Click & Collect'...).
  • Surveiller le respect des normes internes (temps de cuisson, portions, composition).
  • Satisfaire aux normes de qualité, service et hygiène.

  • Vous avez un esprit créatif et vous aimez prendre des initiatives (esprit `start-up').
  • Vous êtes autonome (tout en ayant l'esprit d'équipe).
  • Vous parlez français et anglais (et idéalement le néerlandais).
  • Vous êtes flexible dans vos horaires de travail, ce qui signifie que vous travaillerez parfois le soir et le week-end.

  • Un intérêt pour les nouveaux produits alimentaires.
  • Une expérience préalable dans une position similaire, idéalement dans le même type d'établissement (secteur Horeca)
  • Une affinité avec l'IT (pour implémenter des solutions innovantes)
  • Avoir de l'expérience dans la préparation de sushis.
