Älterwerden mit Behinderung bringt neue Bedürfnisse, neue Fragestellungen und neue Chancen für Begleitung mit Qualität. Du verstehst Tagesbegleitung nicht als reine Beschäftigung, sondern als gezielte, personenzentrierte Unterstützung, besonders für Senior:innen, deren Lebensphase von Stabilisierung, Erhalt von Fähigkeiten und sinnerfüllter Tagesgestaltung geprägt ist?

In unserem Wohnhaus in Schladming begleitest du Menschen mit Behinderung im Rahmen der Tagesbegleitung und Tagesbeschäftigung im vollzeitbetreuten Wohnen mit besonderem Augenmerk auf ältere Bewohner:innen

Deine Aufgaben

* Strukturierte, personenzentrierte Tagesbegleitung für ältere Menschen mit Behinderung

* Förderung und Erhalt von Alltagskompetenzen

* Entwicklung aktivierender und sinnstiftender Angebote

* Biografiearbeit und ressourcenorientierte Unterstützung

* Begleitung bei persönlichen Zielen und altersbedingten Veränderungen

* Sensibler Umgang mit Themen wie Rückzug, Verlust und Gesundheit

* Fachliche Dokumentation und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit

Was bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Diplom- oder Fachsozialbetreuer:in (BB, BA, AA) oder vergleichbar

* Erfahrung oder Interesse an der Begleitung älterer Menschen mit Behinderung

* Kenntnisse in personenzentrierter Arbeit und ggf. Unterstützender Kommunikation
