*Regelmäßige Betreuung von Kindern in der Betriebstagesstätte

*Ganzheitliche Förderung der Ihnen anvertrauten Kinder unter Berücksichtigung des *Bildungsrahmenplans

*Sie orientieren sich an den Bedürfnissen von Kindern und Eltern und bieten individuelle und familiennahe Kinderbetreuung mit Qualität

*Durchführung von Aufgaben im hygienischen, pflegerischen und hauswirtschaftlichen Bereich

*Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen in der Region

Teilnahme an Fort- und Weiterbildungen

Profil:

*Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Helfer*in oder abgeschlossenen Lehrgang für Tageseltern (Zusatzkraft)

*2 Jahre facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung

*Offenen, wertschätzenden, humorvollen Umgang mit Kindern

*Individuelle und altersgerechte Begleitung der Kinder in ihrer Entwicklung

*Verlässliche Zusammenarbeit und wertschätzende Kommunikation mit Eltern und Erziehungsberechtigten

*Einfühlsame, professionelle Arbeitsweise und Sprachgewandtheit (Sprachniveau C1)

*Anstellung erfolgt ab sofort in Teilzeit mit 25,9 Wochenstunden, die auf 2,5 aufeinanderfolgende Tage aufgeteilt werden.

Bezahlung:

Die Anstellung erfolgt im Rahmen des Kollektivvertrages der Sozialwirtschaft Österreich in der VWG 4. Das Mindestgehalt beträgt auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37 Wochenstunden) brutto EUR 2494,30. Die tatsächliche Einstufung ergibt sich aus den anrechenbaren Vordienstzeiten.
