Wir sind ein gemeinnütziger Verein und begleiten seit über 40 Jahren Familien in Oberösterreich mit individueller, familiennaher Kinderbetreuung - bei Tageseltern zu Hause, in Betrieben, in Gemeinden und in Krabbelstuben. Unsere Mitarbeiter:innen sind in den Regionen Bad Ischl, Freistadt, Kirchdorf, Linz, Perg, Steyr und Vöcklabruck vor Ort.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Tagesmutter/-vater bzw. Pädagogen_in

für die Nachmittagsbetreuung einer Kleingruppe von Volksschulkindern in Bad Kreuzen.

Beschäftigungsausmaß: Teilzeit, 12 Wochenstunden

Dienstort: Bad Kreuzen

Dienstbeginn: Jänner 2027

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tagesmutter/-vater oder pädagogische Ausbildung bzw. Bereitschaft zur Ausbildung

* Bereitschaft zur laufenden Fort- und Weiterbildung im pädagogischen Bereich

* Physische und psychische Eignung für die Arbeit mit Kindern

* Erste-Hilfe-Grundkurs sowie Kindernotfallkurs (nicht älter als 4 Jahre)

* Einwandfreier Leumund

* Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern, Geduld und Einfühlungsvermögen

* Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem Mindestlohntarif für Arbeitnehmer:innen in privaten Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen. Bruttomonatsgehalt im ersten Berufsjahr auf Basis Vollzeit: Tageseltern € 2.535,00, Pädagog:innen € 3.170,00 (bei Teilzeit anteilig).
