Wir sind ein gemeinnütziger Verein und unterstützen seit über 40 Jahren Eltern in der individuellen und familiennahen Kinderbetreuung - zu Hause, in Betrieben, in Gemeinden und in der Krabbelstube. Unsere Mitarbeiter/innen sind in den Regionen Bad Ischl, Freistadt, Kirchdorf, Linz, Perg, Steyr und Vöcklabruck vor Ort.

Wir suchen für die Kinderbetreuung für unsere Kinderbetreuungseinrichtung 1 Tagesmutter/-vater bzw. Pädagogen_in

Ausmaß: 30 Wochenstunden Arbeitsort: Linz

Arbeitsbeginn: 1. November 2026

Anforderungen:

-Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als fachlich qualifizierte/r Tagesmutter/-vater oderpädagogische Ausbildung bzw. Bereitschaft zur Ausbildung/ Ausbildung zur pädagogischenAssistenzkraft

-Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung im pädagogischen Bereich

-Physische und psychische Eignung

-Erste Hilfe Grundkurs sowie Kindernotfallkurs (nicht älter als 4 Jahre!)

-Einwandfreier Leumund

-Freude, Geduld und einfühlsamer Umgang mit Kindern

-Flexibilität, Zuverlässigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Wir bieten:

-Vollzeit bedeutet bei uns 38 Wochenstunden

-Supervisionen durch ausgebildete Fachkräfte

Bezahlung laut Mindestlohntarif für Arbeitnehmerinnen und Arbeitnehmer in privaten Kinderbetreuungseinrichtungen. Auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung Tageseltern € 2536,00 (brutto) und Pädagogen € 3170,00 (brutto) im ersten Berufsjahr.
