Als Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist (f/m/x) begleitest du unseren Recruitingprozess von der ersten Ansprache bis zum erfolgreichen Einstieg. Gleichzeitig bringst du dich aktiv ins Employer Branding ein und sorgst dafür, dass ELK als Arbeitgeber sichtbar und erlebbar wird.

Deine Mission * Talente finden und begeistern: Du begleitest unsere Hiring Manager im Recruitingprozess von der Stellenausschreibung über Interviews bis zur Gewinnung neuer Kolleg:innen. * Candidate Experience gestalten: Du bist Ansprechpartner für potenzielle neue Mitarbeiter:innen und sorgst für eine professionelle, persönliche und wertschätzende Begleitung in der Talent Journey. * Employer Branding erlebbar machen: Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserem Marketing-Team passende Maßnahmen, um unsere internen Aktivitäten und Benefits auch extern im richtigen Licht zu positionieren - online wie offline. * Content und Social Media mitgestalten: Du bringst Ideen für Karriere-Content, Social Media und Recruiting-Kampagnen ein und setzt diese gemeinsam mit unseren internen Teams um. * Neue Talente früh erreichen: Du unterstützt bei Karrieremessen, Schul- und Hochschulkooperationen sowie weiteren Recruiting- und Employer-Branding-Events.

Dein Profil * Erste Recruiting-Erfahrung: Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im Recruiting oder in der Talent Acquisition mit und hast Freude daran, innovative Recruiting-Ansätze und neue Wege auszuprobieren. * Gespür für Menschen: Du kommunizierst gerne, erkennst Potenziale und schaffst es, unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten für ELK zu begeistern. * Erste Erfahrung im Employer Branding: Du hast bereits erste Employer-Branding-Maßnahmen begleitet und bringst Freude an Social Media, Content und der Weiterentwicklung unserer Arbeitgebermarke mit. * Digitales Mindset: Du arbeitest gerne mit Recruiting-Plattformen, LinkedIn und digitalen Tools und interessierst dich für neue Technologien und KI im Recruiting. * Hands-on-Mentalität: Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert und möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen.
