Jouw functie als Talent Acquisition Officer

Als Recruiter ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor instroom binnen een organisatie die in volle ontwikkeling is. Je beheert gemiddeld een 40-tal vacatures, van technieker tot accountmanager, en zorgt dat elke kandidaat vlot zijn weg naar Hedin Automotive vindt.

  • vacatureteksten schrijft die duidelijk en aantrekkelijk zijn, en ze publiceert via onze kanalen;
  • actief kandidaten opspoort via cv-databanken, LinkedIn en andere netwerken;
  • contact opneemt met kandidaten, een eerste screening doet en verslag uitbrengt aan de hiring manager;
  • het recruitmentsysteem (Teamtailor) up-to-date houdt en het proces opvolgt samen met HR en de managers;
  • contacten onderhoudt met scholen en opleidingspartners en Hedin Automotive vertegenwoordigt op beurzen en jobevents.

Ons HR-team bestaat uit 2 HR Business Partners, 1 Recruiter (jij), 2 HR & Payroll Administrators, 1 HR & Payroll coördinator, 1 HR Admin, 1 Management Assistant, 1 Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 en onze HR Director.

  • Hebt ervaring en je bent expert in recruitment in een commerciële of technische omgeving, bijvoorbeeld als Interim Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Consultant of Talent Sourcer.
  • Communiceert helder, enthousiast en professioneel: jij weet hoe je mensen in beweging krijgt.
  • Werkt gestructureerd, houdt overzicht, stelt de juiste prioriteiten én weet moeiteloos je weg in te vinden een recruitmentsysteem/ATS als Teamtailor.
  • Schrijft en spreekt vlekkeloos Nederlands en weet precies hoe je vacatureteksten opstelt die kandidaten raken. Spreek je ook Frans? Dan heb je alvast een streepje voor.
  • Bent van nature proactief: je denkt vooruit, komt met ideeën en weet nieuwe wervingskanalen slim aan te boren.
