De functie inhoud Als Talent Acquisition Officer sta je in voor volgende zaken:

  • Je draagt bij aan de groei van Noël Franklin door actief te zoeken naar talent om onze teams te versterken. Dit doe je via kanalen als LinkedIn, onze database en beurzen.
  • Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vlot behandelen van binnenkomende sollicitaties.
  • Kom je een topper tegen? Jij belt de kandidaat op voor een eerste telefonische screening en om Noël Franklin als werkgever voor te stellen.
  • Wanneer je een goed gevoel hebt bij de sollicitant, plan je een gesprek in die je samen met de HR Officer voert.
  • Je bouwt mee aan een sterke employer branding en staat in voor het bedenken en uitwerken van marketingcampagnes voor instroom.
  • Verder ben je het visitekaartje van Noël Franklin waardoor jouw aanwezigheid niet kan ontbreken op beurzen.
  • Je ondersteunt de HR Officer bij het uitwerken van opleidingen rond diverse thema’s en het organiseren van opleidingsdagen, personeelsfeesten en afterworks.

Onze klant Bij Noël Franklin begeleiden we mensen naar een eerste of volgende job. We zijn actief in West- en Oost-Vlaanderen en hebben vier kantoren: Oostkamp, Harelbeke, Ieper en Gent. Jij krijgt jouw eigen uitvalsbasis, maar ga gerust ook eens werken bij jouw collega's op een andere locatie. Wanneer je hier start, maak je deel uit van ons energieke team.
