The posting

  • Je neemt de rekrutering voor verschillende locaties op en begeleidt het volledige proces van vacature tot aanwerving.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de verschillende verantwoordelijken om noden te detecteren en de juiste profielen aan te trekken.
  • Je organiseert en vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op jobdagen, jobbeurzen en andere rekruteringsinitiatieven.
  • Je staat in voor een vlotte onboarding en zorgt ervoor dat nieuwe medewerkers een goede start maken.
  • Je volgt evaluatiemomenten en HR-processen verder op.
  • Je bent een laagdrempelig aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en biedt ondersteuning waar nodig.
  • Je neemt ook een aantal administratieve HR-taken op, waaronder bijvoorbeeld factuurcontrole.
  • Je houdt relevante HR- en recruitmentgegevens bij en rapporteert hierover.
  • Je bent bereid om, wanneer de noden zich voordoen, ook de verschillende locaties te bezoeken.

Must haves

  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding, bij voorkeur in HR, psychologie, communicatie, bedrijfsmanagement of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt ongeveer 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen recruitment, talent acquisition of een brede HR-omgeving.
  • Je krijgt energie van contact met mensen en weet kandidaten op een authentieke manier te enthousiasmeren.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en kan vlot schakelen tussen kandidaten, medewerkers en leidinggevenden.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en wacht niet af tot iemand je vertelt wat er moet gebeuren.
  • Je bent hands-on, nuchter en down-to-earth en voelt je goed in een informele werkomgeving.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen naar de verschillende locaties wanneer de functie dit vraagt.

Nice to haves

  • Ervaring binnen een retailomgeving of een organisatie met een grote en diverse medewerkerspopulatie.
  • Ervaring met jobbeurzen, jobdagen of employer branding.
  • Een eerste ervaring met bredere HR-processen naast recruitment.
  • Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met een operationele, snel veranderende omgeving.
