Om de ambities van deze grote internationale speler waar te maken, investeren ze niet alleen in technologie, maar vooral in mensen. Als Talent Acquisition Partner speel jij een sleutelrol in het aantrekken van de expert- en technische bediendeprofielen die hun toekomst vormgeven.

De rol

End-to-end recruitment

  • Je beheert het volledige wervingsproces voor de bedienden op corporate niveau en voor de internationale (Europese) functies, en dit binnen alle functiedomeinen (finance, sales, marketing, legal, HR, IT, product, engineering, operations, R&D, ...).
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte, transparante en kwalitatieve candidate experience van intake tot en met onboarding.

Sourcing & talentpools

  • Je zoekt actief naar talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals en andere kanalen.
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt strategische talentpools voor kritieke en moeilijk invulbare functies.
  • Je past direct search toe voor schaarse profielen.

Stakeholdermanagement

  • Je werkt nauw samen met hiring managers om functieprofielen en sourcingstrategieën scherp te stellen.
  • Je adviseert hen met marktinzichten, talenttrends en realistische verwachtingen.
  • Je bent een trusted partner binnen het volledige recruitmentproces.

Employer branding & HR-projecten

  • Je draagt bij aan employer branding initiatieven samen met HR en Marketing.
  • Je ondersteunt HR-projecten zoals recruitment process optimalisatie, workforce planning en schoolverlaters.
  • Je coördineert externe partners (recruitmentbureaus, jobboards, events, ...).

Talent Intelligence

  • Je volgt wervings-KPI’s op en gebruikt data om onze recruitmentaanpak continu aan te scherpen.

Je maakt deel uit van het HR Team en rapporteert aan de Talent Acquisition Manager.

  • Je hebt een masterdiploma (of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring)
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in talent acquisition binnen een HR-consulting- en/of corporate/industriële omgeving.
  • Je hebt ervaring met LinkedIn Recruiter en socialmediasourcing.
  • Je bent servicegericht, communiceert vlot en bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op met stakeholders.
  • Je hebt ervaring met selectietechnieken en het interpreteren van testresultaten.
  • Je bent organisatorisch sterk, werkt nauwgezet en resultaatgericht.
  • Je hecht veel belang aan een positieve candidate experience en treedt op als ambassadeur van hun bedrijf en merk op de talentmarkt.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.
