Jobomschrijving

Als Talent Acquisition Partner ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het volledige recruitmentproces van onze consultants.

Van de eerste zoektocht tot handtekening op het contract.

Je wacht niet af tot kandidaten solliciteren. Je gaat actief de markt op, bouwt netwerken uit en weet talent te enthousiasmeren voor een volgende stap in hun carrière.

Je werkt nauw samen met business leaders, hiring managers en HR-collega's om de juiste mensen op de juiste plek te krijgen.

Concreet:

  • Je sourcet actief via LinkedIn, jobboards en eigen netwerk.
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt proactief talent pipelines van hooggekwalificeerde consultants.
  • Je voert screening- en selectiegesprekken.
  • Je bewaakt de candidate experience van eerste contact tot onboarding.
  • Je onderhandelt over contractvoorstellen en begeleidt kandidaten tot aan de effectieve opstart.
  • Je werkt actief aan talent mapping, denkt mee na over employer branding, recruitmentmarketing en innovatieve sourcingstrategieën.
  • Je analyseert resultaten en zoekt voortdurend naar manieren om slimmer en beter te rekruteren.

Ben jij de kandidaat die we zoeken?!

  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in recruitment, executive search of talent acquisition.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het rekruteren van schaarse of gespecialiseerde profielen.
  • Denkt commercieel en opportuniteitsgericht.
  • Je bent een sterke gesprekspartner voor zowel kandidaten als business leaders.
  • Durft ownership nemen en resultaten neerzetten.
  • Je werkt data-gedreven zonder de menselijke factor uit het oog te verliezen.
