Purpose of Role The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role supporting recruiting operations across EMEA, with a primary focus on interview coordination for corporate hiring in the Netherlands, and sourcing and screening talent to support retail hiring. In partnership with the Talent Acquisition team, Hiring Managers, and HR partners, this role will ensure seamless, efficient coordination of interviews across multiple countries and time zones. The TA Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders, delivering a consistent, high-quality candidate experience while enabling recruiting teams to operate with speed and efficiency. This role will also proactively source and screen candidates in priority retail markets, building strong pipelines for hard-to-fill roles and new store openings.
