Als Talent Acquisition Specialist speel jij een sleutelrol in het aantrekken, selecteren en ontwikkelen van talent dat hier écht impact maakt. Je werkt samen met verschillende collega's binnen de organisatie en denkt actief mee over recruitmentstrategie, employer branding en procesoptimalisatie. Met jouw ervaring weet je wat werkt (en wat niet) en til je ons werving- en selectieproces naar een hoger niveau. Wat ga je doen als Talent Acquisition Specialist? Binnen team Talent Acquisition werk je samen met 4 fulltime collega's en 2 werkstudenten. Jij bent van A tot Z verantwoordelijk voor jouw vacatures en houdt je onder andere bezig met: Werving & Selectie - Adviseren van teamleads over wervingsbehoeften, functieprofielen en arbeidsmarktbenadering - Schrijven en optimaliseren van vacatures (o.a. met AI-ondersteuning) - Actief sourcen en inzetten van jobboards en social media - Beoordelen van sollicitaties en voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken - Analyseren en bespreken van assessments - Bewaken van kwaliteit, doorlooptijd en de ervaring van de kandidaten Talentmanagement & ontwikkeling - Coördineren en begeleiden van de Gomibo Experience (onboarding) - Signaleren van intern talent en begeleiden van doorstroom- en ontwikkeltrajecten - Meedenken over strategische personeelsplanning en lange termijn wervingsbehoeften Strategie, procesverbetering & projecten - Initiëren en leiden van verbeterprojecten op afdelingsoverstijgende onderwerpen. - ...
