Ben jij een ervaren recruiter die enthousiast wordt van een afwisselende en uitdagende rol? Wil je bijdragen aan een organisatie die inzet op kwaliteit, transparantie en innovatie? Ontdek hoe jij het verschil kunt maken bij Helan!

  • Beheer van het volledige wervings- en selectieproces, inclusief het tijdig en kwalitatief invullen van vacatures binnen afgesproken kaders en processen.
  • Klantgerichte en transparante communicatie met kandidaten, HR-adviseurs en Hiring Managers over voortgang en resultaten, afgestemd op de waarden van Helan.
  • Bepalen, coördineren en uitvoeren van effectieve wervingsstrategieën en intakegesprekken om profielen en benodigde competenties scherp in kaart te brengen.
  • Uitvoeren van professionele interviews en assessments om technische expertise en de culturele fit te meten, met passend advies voor Hiring Managers.
  • Continu optimaliseren van wervingsprocessen, samenwerken met collega’s en stakeholders, en kennis delen over de nieuwste ontwikkelingen in recruitment.
  • Minimum 5 tot 7 jaar ervaring met het beheren van het volledige wervings- en selectieproces voor bedienden.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en sterk in het opbouwen van relaties.
  • Proactief, oplossingsgericht en een teamspeler.
  • Goed begrip van de nieuwste trends en ontwikkelingen binnen recruitment en welzijn.
  • Minimum Bachelordiploma.
