  • Diepte screenen van de binnen komende sollicitaties: na een positieve telefonische kennismaking, leer je de kandidaten nog beter kennen in een persoonlijk gesprek. Jij neemt de lead in de verdere sollicitatieprocedure bij de hiring manager.
  • Uitwerken van nieuwe acties om de spontane instroom te verhogen. Vanuit jouw expertenrol zet je maximaal in op de candidate journey. Samen met de marketing collega’s bouw je verder aan employer branding.
  • Consequent in overleg treden met de hiring managers: als geen ander weet je dat duurzame aanwervingen beginnen bij een degelijke vacature intake. Daarnaast neem jij de lead bij het vervolg van de sollicitatieprocedure.
  • Verder opvolgen van een straffe collega: naast het bespreken van het loonvoorstel, de verdere opstart van de kandidaat, pols jij ook hoe jouw nieuwe collega zich voelt nadat hij enkele weken aan boord is.
  • Een bachelor werk- en denkniveau.
  • Sterke communicatie skills: enerzijds schrijf je met je vlotte pen wervende vacatureteksten op maat van de kandidaat. Anderzijds hanteer je een constructieve mondelinge communicatie met kandidaten, selectiekantoren of hiring managers.
  • Jouw dieptekennis in de rekruteringstools: de (minder) voor de hand liggende rekruteringstools kennen voor jou geen geheimen en kan je maximaal benutten.
