Als Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) binnen ons team ga jij actief op zoek naar de beste kandidaten binnen de civiele techniek, bouwkunde en infra. Je werkt nauw samen met onze business managers Christian Willems, Koen Swinkels, Stan Favier en Ilias El Arquioui. Samen zorgen wij ervoor dat nieuwe collega's een mooi perspectief hebben zodat zij zich volop kunnen ontwikkelen en de focus kunnen houden bij de opdrachtgever. Wat ga je doen? - Actief zoeken naar en benaderen van potentiële kandidaten - Voeren van intakes (sollicitatie) gesprekken en beoordelen van kandidaten - Samenwerken met business managers om de juiste match te vinden - Begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens het sollicitatieproces - Onderhouden van een netwerk van professionals binnen de branche en sector - Bezoeken van klanten samen met de Business Manager - Bezoeken van vakgerelateerde beurzen en carrière events - Schrijven van vacatureteksten TMC (The Member Company) is een internationaal high-tech consultancybureau met een team van ondernemende ingenieurs, wetenschappers en digitale experts over de hele wereld.
