Votre mission

Nous recherchons un spécialiste interne en acquisition de talents pour rejoindre notre équipe RH et gérer nos processus de recrutement tout au long du cycle. Vos responsabilités incluent l'identification des besoins actuels et futurs en matière de recrutement, la recherche, l'entretien et l'évaluation des candidats. Vous nous aiderez à construire une marque employeur solide et à garantir que nous offrions une expérience positive aux candidats.

Ce que tu vas faire:

Vous êtes responsable du processus de recrutement, ce qui signifie :

  1. Je travaille sur des descriptions de poste et publie régulièrement des mises à jour de ces offres sur des sites d'emploi externes
  2. Générez et traitez vos CV à partir de notre base de données ou via des canaux de recrutement externes
  3. Un contrôle téléphonique actif des candidats potentiels
  4. Assistez et dirigez les entretiens avec les candidats
  5. Suivi administratif du processus de recrutement
  6. Participez à diverses journées d'emploi et de carrière
  7. Vous apporterez un soutien au développement de différents processus RH, les mettrez en œuvre et les communiquerez en interne

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec le coordinateur RH et le gestionnaire de compte

Qui tu es

Ayant un à deux ans d'expérience en recrutement. Bilingue FR/NL

Autonome et toujours bien organisé, vous affrontez chaque jour avec une grande énergie et positivité. Vous êtes passionné par l'aide aux gens à trouver le bon emploi. Tu es un vrai joueur d'équipe, très communicatif et un excellent résolveur de problèmes. Vous êtes flexible, proactif et pragmatique.
