We bieden - per vakspecialisatie - HR diensten aan: project staffing, interim management, werving & selectie, uitzendarbeid en talent management. Science Talents specialiseert zich in projectsourcing van wetenschappelijke profielen binnen life sciences, chemie en de voedingsindustrie. Onze hoofdzetel bevindt zich in Kortrijk, maar woon je in een andere regio? Geen probleem! Je bent ook van harte welkom om te werken vanuit ons kantoor in Berchem.

Als Talent Acquisition Specialist bij Science Talents ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aantrekken, selecteren en aanwerven van onze science consultants in Oost- en West-Vlaanderen.

Je verdiept je in de wereld van chemie, farma, biotech en laboratoria en bouwt een sterk netwerk uit van professionals die hun expertise projectmatig willen inzetten bij onze klanten.

Je bent niet zomaar een recruiter: je denkt mee over de ambities van kandidaten, ontdekt hun potentieel en begeleidt hen naar een carrière binnen consultancy.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je neemt het volledige rekruteringsproces van onze science consultants voor jouw rekening, van sourcing en screening tot selectie en aanwerving.
  • Je gaat actief op zoek naar professionals binnen onder andere chemie, labo, farma en biotech.
  • Je bouwt duurzame relaties op met kandidaten en ontwikkelt een sterk netwerk binnen de wetenschappelijke sector.
  • Je voert diepgaande selectiegesprekken waarbij je niet alleen technische expertise, maar ook motivatie, persoonlijkheid en consultancy-potentieel in kaart brengt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met onze Account Managers om de juiste consultants te koppelen aan de behoeften van onze klanten.
  • Je denkt proactief mee over nieuwe rekruteringskanalen, arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en manieren om moeilijk vindbare profielen te bereiken.
  • Je bent afgestudeerd als Bachelor of Master.
  • Je hebt ervaring in recruitment, bij voorkeur met bediendeprofielen. Ervaring binnen chemie, farma, biotech of labo is een mooie troef, maar zeker geen vereiste.
  • Of: Je hebt zelf een wetenschappelijke achtergrond of ervaring binnen de chemische of laboratoriumsector en wil graag de overstap maken naar recruitment.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig met een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Discretie is voor jou vanzelfsprekend in een HR-omgeving.
  • Daarnaast ben je communicatief sterk, ondernemend en resultaatgericht. Je bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op, werkt graag samen met commerciële collega's en weet kandidaten op een authentieke manier te enthousiasmeren voor een carrière als consultant.
