Jobomschrijving

  • Actief identificeren en benaderen van potentiële kandidaten via LinkedIn, databanken en anderesourcingkanalen
  • Opbouwen van duurzame relaties met talent binnen verschillende vakgebieden
  • Voeren van telefonische kennismakingsgesprekken, ideale kandidaten ontmoeten in teams-meetings
  • Screenen van kandidaten op ervaring, competenties, motivatie en culturele fit
  • Adviseren en begeleiden van kandidaten tijdens het volledige sollicitatieproces
  • Coördineren van interviews en opvolgmomenten
  • Voorbereiden van kandidaten op gesprekken en feedbackmomenten
  • Zorg dragen voor een uitstekende candidate experience
  • Uitbreiden en onderhouden van een kwalitatieve talentpool
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's om de juiste match tussen kandidaat en vacature te realiseren
  • Correct verwerken van informatie binnen het CRM-systeem
  • Je hebt een bachelor- of masterdiploma
  • Je hebt een oprechte interesse in mensen en huncarrièredoelstellingen
  • Je communiceert vlot en bouwt gemakkelijk vertrouwen op
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig, empathisch en stelt de juiste vragen
  • Je werkt georganiseerd en houdt overzicht over meerdere dossiers tegelijk
  • Je neemt initiatief en gaat proactief op zoek naar opportuniteiten
  • Je bent leergierig en wil jezelf verder ontwikkelen binnen recruitment en talent acquisition
  • Ervaring binnen HR, recruitment, customer service, sales, psychologie of communicatie is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
