Vanuit het kantoor in Antwerpen Zuid ondersteunen wij organisaties bij het aantrekken van de juiste professionals en begeleiden we kandidaten naar nieuwe carrièrekansen.

Omschrijving

  • Je bouwt langdurige relaties op met klanten en kandidaten.
  • Je identificeert nieuwe commerciële opportuniteiten binnen jouw regio.
  • Je contacteert prospecten en plant klantbezoeken in.
  • Je analyseert vacatures en vertaalt deze naar een gerichte zoekstrategie.
  • Je zoekt actief naar geschikte kandidaten via verschillende kanalen.
  • Je voert diepgaande interviews en screenings uit.
  • Je begeleidt kandidaten gedurende het volledige selectieproces.
  • Je adviseert klanten over de arbeidsmarkt en recruitmentoplossingen.
  • Je onderhandelt contractvoorwaarden en ondersteunt bij plaatsingen.
  • Je werkt doelgericht aan het behalen van persoonlijke en teamtargets.
  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je bent pas afgestudeerd of hebt een eerste werkervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële drive en houdt van uitdagingen.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en legt gemakkelijk contacten.
  • Je werkt resultaatgericht en weet prioriteiten te stellen.
  • Je bent ondernemend, positief en veerkrachtig.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en kan je goed uitdrukken in het Engels.
  • Je haalt energie uit het verbinden van mensen en organisaties.
