De Talent Consultant is dé expert in het vinden, screenen en matchen van talent. Je legt de juiste puzzel om talenten te koppelen aan een job die echt bij hen past. Je werkt nauw samen met de Talent Specialist en bent cruciaal in de kwaliteit van elke match.

Kerntaken & verantwoordelijkheden

  • Actief zoeken naar talent via verschillende kanalen (LinkedIn, databanken, netwerken, referrals, …).
  • Screenen en selecteren van kandidaten.
  • Voeren van persoonlijke intake- en selectiegesprekken.
  • Opbouwen en beheren van een kwalitatieve talentenpool.
  • Administratieve en inhoudelijke opvolging van vertrouwelijke dossier.
  • Meedenken over rekruteringsaanpak en sourcing strategieën.
  • Inzicht verwerven in talent, ambities en competenties.
  • Bezoek aan klanten om de juiste bedrijfscultuur te ontdekken.
  • Evolutiegesprekken voeren bij de klant om jouw talent persoonlijk te begeleiden na opstart. (optioneel)
  • Samen met de Talent Specialist zorgen voor de best mogelijke match.
