Je begeleidt zelfstandig Outplacement deelnemers in de zoektocht naar een nieuwe uitdaging. Daarnaast kan je ook ingeschakeld worden voor opleidingstrajecten (voornamelijk op vlak van soft skills).

**Jouw taken omvatten:**

- Individuele – en groepsbegeleidingen in het kader van Outplacement

- Geven van webinars en workshops op maat

- Het ontwikkelen van materiaal voor het verzorgen van opleidingen (voornamelijk op vlak van soft skills) op maat

- Commerciële opportuniteiten bij actieve klanten en binnen actieve projecten spotten

- Meewerken aan offertes / tenders bij klanten en klantenpresentaties

- Onderhouden en opbouwen van netwerkcontacten

- Bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van onze diensten en klantenportefeuille door actief mee te denken over verbeteringen en nieuwe kansen.

Je bent een betrouwbare begeleider voor organisaties en deelnemers. Voor deze functie zoeken wij een Talent Consultant die analytisch sterk is en een eerste ervaring heeft opgedaan met Outplacementbegeleidingen en coaching. Je beschikt over:

- Minstens 2 jaar ervaring met Outplacementbegeleidingen.

- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling.

- Een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel.

- Een klantgerichte en flexibele instelling, met oog voor zowel kwaliteit als resultaat.

- Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in een menswetenschappelijke richting.

- Kennis van Frans is een troef.
