Bij Vrachtbaan.nl leiden we gemotiveerde mensen op tot vrachtwagenchauffeur en bemiddelen en detacheren we chauffeurs, toekomstige chauffeurs en ander logistiek talent bij transportbedrijven in Midden- en Noordoost-Nederland.

Dat doen we goed en met veel plezier, maar onze ambitie reikt verder. Als team van vier professionals groeien we hard binnen de transport- en logistieke sector. Om die groei te versnellen, zoeken we een commerciële spil op onze vestiging: iemand die de markt verkent én het talent weet te vinden om die markt te bedienen.

Ervaring binnen de arbeidsbemiddeling is een pré, maar jouw energie, overtuigingskracht en de wil om te scoren wegen zwaarder. Wij bieden jou een rol met enorm veel vrijheid, directe invloed op onze organisatiedoelen en volop.

Jouw rol

Je wacht niet tot kandidaten zich melden, maar gaat zelf op zoek naar chauffeurs, toekomstige chauffeurs en ander logistiek talent. Je bent gewend om kandidaten actief te benaderen. Je benadert kandidaten via jobboards, LinkedIn, socials, WhatsApp en je eigen netwerk. Je belt, appt, spreekt mensen en weet kandidaten enthousiast te maken voor een volgende stap.

Je bouwt onze talentpool verder uit, brengt daarnaast oude kandidaten opnieuw in beweging en speelt een belangrijke rol binnen Vrachtbaan.nl: talent vinden én enthousiasmeren voor een toekomst in transport.

Verder kijken dan recruitment

Je kijkt niet alleen naar wat er vandaag nodig is, maar ook naar wat er morgen kan ontstaan.

Samen met de rest van het team kijk je naar ontwikkelingen in de markt, nieuwe doelgroepen en kansen bij opdrachtgevers. Samen zorgen we ervoor dat kandidaten niet alleen worden gevonden, maar ook daadwerkelijk op de juiste plek terechtkomen.

Van chauffeur tot planner, van warehouse medewerker tot ander logistiek talent en misschien wel daarbuiten: jij bent nieuwsgierig naar wat er speelt en denkt mee over hoe we talent en opdrachtgevers aan elkaar kunnen verbinden.
