We doen dat in het bedrijfsleven, bij overheidsorganisaties en in sectoren als zorg en onderwijs. Hoe we dat doen? Met een aanpak die mensgericht, duurzaam, pragmatisch en innovatief is. En bovenal met een grote passie voor het vak. Deze functie is onderdeel van ons Talentenprogramma, waarin we talenten in sneltreinvaart willen ontwikkelen tot specialist projectmanager huisvesting. Als projectmanager huisvesting ben jij verantwoordelijk voor verbouwingen, verhuizingen of herinrichtingen van de panden van onze opdrachtgevers. Een opdrachtgever zoekt een geschikte locatie voor zijn medewerkers. Jij weet wat er voor je klant en zijn medewerkers belangrijk is. De vraag achter de vraag achterhalen, zodat je echt weet waar het om gaat, vind jij belangrijk. Jij haalt het programma van eisen op en gaat aan de slag. Je gaat opzoek naar een geschikte locatie en zodra die gevonden is leidt je de onderhandelingen, je regelt de vergunningen, verbouwing, de verhuizing, alles wat er nodig is om daar te kunnen werken.
