  • Je netwerk uit te bouwen met nieuwe klanten en bestaande klanten;
  • Een talentenpool te creëren;
  • Een recruitmentoplossing te vinden voor je klanten en ze tijdens het proces bij te staan;
  • De noden en trends op de markt te begrijpen, analyseren en deze met klanten te delen .

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een passie voor wat je doet en bent vastberaden;
  • Je hebt enkele jaren commerciële of relevante business ervaring, hetzij met ervaring in een recruitment omgeving;
  • Je houdt ervan om een volwaardige partner te zijn voor je collega's in een dynamische werkomgeving;
  • Je houdt van een oplossingsgerichte aanpak;
  • Door je veerkracht ben je vastberaden jouw targets te behalen;
  • Je hebt een kritische blik en kan vlot linken leggen om tot een zo goed mogelijk resultaat te komen;
  • Je hebt een winnaarsmentaliteit en werkt graag in een resultaatgerichte omgeving.
