Jij bent de persoon die het hele wervingsproces van A tot Z in handen neemt. Van het binnenhalen van opdrachten, het adviseren van klanten, tot het vinden en plaatsen van de juiste kandidaat – jij draait je hand er niet voor om. Je haalt energie uit het behalen van resultaat, ziet kansen waar anderen obstakels zien en hebt een gezonde commerciële drive.

Wat jij gaat doen

  • Zelfstandig beheren van klantrelaties en vacatures
  • Kandidaten sourcen, interviewen en begeleiden
  • Nieuwe opportuniteiten signaleren en omzetten in resultaat
  • Adviseren & begeleiden van klanten over de juiste wervingsstrategie die bij hen past
  • Bijdragen aan de groei van het team en onze propositie in de markt

Wie jij bent

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in werving & selectie
  • Commercieel en ondernemend – je ziet kansen en grijpt ze
  • Gedreven door resultaat én door de juiste match: je haalt voldoening uit het plaatsen van mensen waar ze tot hun recht komen
  • Een sterke communicator met inzicht in business én mens
  • Zelfstandig, scherp, professioneel – iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt
