Cosun is een internationale agrarische coöperatie die al ruim 125 jaar bestaat en in handen is van zo'n 8.000 telers van suikerbieten. Het is ons doel bij te dragen aan een plezierige, voedzame en circulaire wereld door met elkaar alles uit onze gewassen te halen en het goed te doen voor huidige en toekomstige generaties. Cosun is georganiseerd in meerdere businessgroepen, namelijk Cosun Beet Company, Aviko, Cosun Ingredients & Duynie. Binnen Cosun en onze businessgroepen, implementeren wij een nieuw Target Operating Model met drie complementaire onderdelen: business, centre of excellence en shared service centre. Met dit model bouwen we aan een toekomstbestendige organisatie. HR maakt hier onderdeel van uit. Door expertise te bundelen en processen te standaardiseren, versterken we kwaliteit, transparantie en naleving van wet- en regelgeving. Binnen HR speelt het nieuwe shared service centre een centrale rol als eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-dienstverlening. Context en wat ga je doen? In het shared service centre komen processen, expertise en service samen. We beantwoorden vragen, bieden ondersteuning, zorgen voor een zorgvuldige en consistente afhandeling van HR-vraagstukken en processen. Door medewerkers en managers snel en goed te helpen, maken we HR niet alleen efficiënt en consistent, maar ook persoonlijk en toegankelijk. Het shared service centre werkt op basis van duidelijke serviceafspraken, draagt bij aan het continu verbeteren van processen en dienstverlening en richt zich op kwaliteit, snelheid en efficiëntie.
