Cosun is georganiseerd in meerdere businessgroepen, namelijk Cosun Beet Company, Aviko, Cosun Ingredients & Duynie. In het nieuwe shared service centre voor People & Procurement services (SSC P&P) bundelen en standaardiseren we processen, versterken we kwaliteit, transparantie en naleving van wet- en regelgeving. Binnen HR speelt het nieuwe shared service centre een centrale rol als eerste aanspreekpunt voor HR-dienstverlening. Hierin speel jij als Talent & Performance Services Lead een sleutelrol. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele dienstverlening rondom de volledige talent journey: van talent acquisition en onboarding tot talentontwikkeling, mobiliteit en performance management. Je zorgt ervoor dat processen niet alleen efficiënt verlopen, maar ook schaalbaar, toekomstbestendig en van hoge kwaliteit zijn. Samen met collega's uit het HR Centre of Excellence, HR Business Partners en de verschillende Business Groups bouw je aan een dienstverlening die bijdraagt aan een consistente medewerkerservaring binnen heel Cosun. Jouw impact Als Manager Talent & Performance Services geef je leiding aan het Talent & Performance Services-team binnen het HR Shared Service Centre.
